1.1 Production Introduction

4U0003 Axle load sensor is designed for axle load and cargo weight monitoring through vechicle tracking system . It usded to determine the displacement of a leaf spring suspension of a vehcile.

The operation of 4U0003 is based on the conversion of the sensor lever rotation angle into an output voltage. A magnetoresistive sensing element is used as a transducer.
The output of the sensor will be a stabilized analog voltage signal .The signal corresponds to the angular postion of the rotary lever. The Product can only output analog signals
