1.1 Production Introduction
12Mo003 Axle load sensor is for vechicles with an air spring suspension. 12M0003 sensor converts air pressure in the air suspension line to the output voltage message VIA RS485 protocol.
12M0003 can work with Teltonkia, RUPTELA and normal GSP device in the market.

3.3 Repair Kits Application
4.1 Introduction of Repair kits
1. Locate the frame beam of the truck, and then find the solenoid valves in the ECAS system.
2. Distinguish between the intake holes and the exhaust holes on the solenoid valve. Generally speaking, number 11 represents the intake hole, while numbers 22 and 23 represent the exhaust holes.
3. Locate the line that connects the exhaust hole and the air bladder, then cut it open.
4. Connect the assembled air pressure sensor in series. Connect the 1st wire to the 1st hole and the 2nd wire to the 2nd hole.
After the connection is completed, it will look like this.
5. Locate the corresponding wire for the other exhaust hole and cut it open.
